Sandy Fardi

Sandy is a Co- Founder of 1Soltech. She has a degree from Erfurt Germany in the field of Micro-electronics and Semiconductors. In addition, she has a degree from Hann Muenden Germany in Environmental Chemistry. Sandy is not only a business woman, she is a visionary and a pioneer in the solar manufacturing field, and has led the way in the US compliant manufacturing processes. As a mother of ( 5 ) children, Sandy feels a great responsibility to create environmental awareness and change, all the while balancing her parenting responsibilities with researching and developing burgeoning solar and green technologies.
ZaK Fardi
Executive Vice President
Zak is also a Co-Founder of 1Soltech. He graduated from the School of Chemistry in Goettingen, Germany and speaks five languages. Zak has over 15 years of successful business experience with his most recent success coming in the field of high protection bullet resistant glass, manufactured for military applications. Over the last several years Zak has established himself as one of the industry experts in solar manufacturing, with more than 20 MW of production while at the helm of 1Soltech. Zak has spearheaded the growth of 1Soltech and shares his knowledge and expertise to every client.
Ali Enrique Razavi
Corporate Vice President
Ali is a native of Dallas,TX and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. For 7 years, Ali served as Chief of Staff for a member of the Texas House of Representatives, managing a legislative portfolio that ranged from transportation to workforce development. Ali wears many hats at 1Soltech including communications and operations management.
Charles Bucher
Vice President of Sales
Charles has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. He co-founded Solar Power Industries, a vertically integrated manufacturer of solar ingots, cells and modules, and served as Chief Technology and Manufacturing Officer. Charles has extensive experience in engineering, product design and development, manufacturing, and corporate management. His strong entrepreneurial background as a prolific inventor has resulted in more than 50 patents to his name. Charles’ principal focus has been on the growth of the photovoltaic industry and sustainable energy technologies, as the demands for clean energy increase.
Korosh Golnabi
Director of Information Technology
Korosh has a Master of Science in computer networks from the University of Texas at Dallas.He started with 1Soltech Inc. as a project director and has lead the design and development of numerous projects in solar panel manufacturing, system analysis, database design and integration. Korosh has over 12 years of previous IT management experience and is responsible for the organization and functionality of our network administration.
